Cannot Complete Analysis, once it reches 43% it throws an error

Once the app analysis reaches 43% it throws the below error, any help ?

Hi,
I responded to your support ticket. Did you receive my response? My questions were:

Does this error occur with every application? Or just this one?
What type of connection are you using in Admin → Manage Connection?
