Certificate Connection not working

I am trying to configure this on a very basic temp vm machine I am using. No password all settings appear to be correct but it will not allow me to save

I have saved the certificate files to c:\cert
Connection Type : CERTIFICATE
host: qmi-qs-a3cc
is secure yes
Port = 0
user id = qmi
user dreictory qmi-qs-a3cc
certificate path = c:\certs
no password on certs

Test Connection and nothign happens, no errors but no Save option either

Take a look at menu Admin > Error Log. Any related error messages there?

Make sure the c:\cert folder contains all three files:
client.pfx
root.cer
server.pfx
