"Failed to open app error" on some apps

I am analyzing some large apps. Creating an analysis with QSDA takes up to 1.5 hours, however some apps return into a “Failed to open App” after 30 minutes or so. The app has no Section Access, and the list of Bookmarks is properly loading, so why is this happening? Any additional info from a log, maybe?
