Sometime ago our connection to both test and prod urls were lost. The license expired, however there were logs after said expiration, but the thing is that when we try to add the new license we get this error:

Yes I opened a ticket with them after opening this topic.
Already resolved the licensing part, but I can see that some big changes happened since we implemented the service in our team. License was activated offline and now it needs a constant online connection.
Not sure if this is also affecting the current SSL problem that we are having, even with the new active license.
The internet connection is only required to activate the license. Ongoing online connection is preferred to automatically receive license updates, but it is not required to run the product.
