Not seeing all the apps for a particular conection

We just installd the QSDA Pro 3.1.0 version on the qlik server. And I have created connections to all the Qlik evironments from there.

For some reason I am not seeing all the apps deployed in one of the Qlik server instance, I only see a couple of apps. I am a root admin o that instance

This looks like a CERTIFICATE connection? If so, you are connecting with the userid specified in the connection.

Another thing to check is the Applist Rule and Security connection setting. RootAdmin may have access in QMC context but not in Hub, Try changing the Security Context to QMC.
