Hi Rob,

I’m seeing a strange issue in QSDA Pro latest version and wanted to check if you’ve come across this before or know of any workaround/fix.

In the app analysis, the summary shows:

  • Visualizations: 57 / 57

However, when I open the Visualizations tab, the grid is completely empty and displays:

“No records to display”

I already checked/cleared the filters and refreshed the analysis, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone seen this behavior before, or is there any known workaround/fix for it?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Take a look in Admin > Error Log to see if any error is recorded at the time you try to view it.

What version of QSDA is this?

Hi Rob,

This is latest version of QSDA Pro 3.6.4

I checked the QSDA Pro logs and found this error when opening the Visualizations tab:

System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: 5f9d1e1d-f7fd-4bb6-b420-23eaa80c6e18

It seems QSDA is failing in ViewService.GetView() while loading the Visualization view. The summary shows Visualizations as 57 / 57, but the grid shows “No records to display.”

Do you know if this means there is a duplicate/corrupt visualization object in the Qlik app metadata? Is there any workaround to identify/remove the object with this ID or force QSDA to ignore the duplicate?

Thanks!

Hi,
Yes I have seen a similar bug and thought it was resolved. If you Unload and then Load the collection does the error go away?

I’ll need to see more of the log and maybe the collection to understand the problem. Can you either create an account or mail to qsdapro.

  1. The Support files. menu Admin > Service Status > Support Files
  2. The collection export. Tools > Export Collection for Support.

Thanks,
Rob

Hello Rob,

I will send you a support file by email.
