QSDA Pro no connection available

So we are using QSDA Pro version. First time when using it it work and it did analyse apps.
now I need to analyse an app but I’m unable to access the QSDA Pro website.

I ran some windows diagnostics and this was the response.
Note: Restart didn’t work

  1. Are the services running?
  2. Check the logs at
    “C:\ProgramData\EasyQlik\QSDA\log\qsda-errorlog.log”
    “C:\ProgramData\EasyQlik\QSDA\log\qsda-YYYY-MM-DD.log”

Any relevant messages in there?
